These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hydra Queen website and services. By using this site, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Hydra Queen LLC provides mobile IV therapy and wellness services under the medical direction of Hydreight, which holds the necessary licenses and protocols for all clinical services.

All treatments are administered by licensed medical professionals in accordance with Hydreight’s medical oversight.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old to book services. If you are under the age of 18 parental consent is required and must be present during treatment. By booking, you confirm that you meet eligibility requirements and have provided accurate information.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Hydra Queen operates as a mobile wellness service under the medical direction and legal structure of Hydreight, a licensed medical entity. All clinical services, including IV therapy and related treatments, are performed by licensed medical professionals in accordance with applicable state laws and Hydreight’s established medical protocols.​

4. Appointments and Payments

All bookings and payments are processed through the Hydreight platform. Hydra Queen does not collect or store payment data directly. You acknowledge and accept that due to the unique nature of the IV therapy products and services offered, any fees and other charges related to the services are non-refundable if therapy has already started. You are solely responsible for all charges incurred in your account, including any that result from unauthorized use.

5. Communication

By contacting Hydra Queen through phone, email, or social media, you consent to receive communications related to your inquiries or services.

6. Risks

While IV therapy is generally safe when performed by licensed professionals, it carries potential risks. By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge that you have been informed of these potential risks and voluntarily assume all associated risks other than gross negligence or willful misconduct by Hydra Queen.

7. Accurate Medical Disclosure and Ingredient Understanding

To promote your safety and the safe delivery of IV therapy, you agree to the following:

• You warrant that all medical, health, and medication information you provide to Hydra Queen (or via Hydreight’s platform) is complete, accurate, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

• You agree to disclose any past or current medical conditions, diagnoses, surgeries, hospitalizations, chronic illnesses, allergies, use of supplements or prescription medications, and any other health matters that could be relevant to your treatment.

• You further agree to notify us immediately (or prior to any scheduled treatment) of any changes to your medical status, medications, health conditions, or any adverse symptoms you experience (e.g., dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, swelling).

• If you intentionally withhold or misrepresent medical information and this leads to complications or injury, you acknowledge that Hydra Queen LLC cannot be held responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from your nondisclosure or misrepresentation.

• You understand that, for safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse, delay, modify, or terminate service if in the judgment of our clinical staff or supervising physician the risks outweigh the benefits, or if your disclosed medical information suggests intervention is unsafe.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hydra Queen LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or service participation.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, and images are the property of Hydra Queen LLC and may not be used without written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Texas.
